Bespoke Affair turns your event into an interactive custom-style experience.
We arrive with the hats, patches, chains, charms, displays, equipment and everything needed to create a complete mobile Hat Bar. Guests design their own pieces, we finish them on-site, and everyone leaves with something uniquely theirs.
Made for a gathering of 12–20, with larger groups welcome. Premium details are available as optional upgrades.

For select boutiques, wineries, breweries, salons, med spas and other local businesses, Bespoke Affair can provide a public Hat Bar pop-up where guests purchase their own creations.
For approved events: no host entertainment fee.
Guests purchase directly from Bespoke Affair. You provide the space and promote the event. We bring the experience.

How many guests do I need?+
Private events are designed for groups of 12 or more, with a $650 minimum event spend. Smaller events may still be available if the minimum spend is met. At $55 per guest, 12 guests total $660 before upgrades.
What is included in the standard Hat Bar?+
Each guest receives a standard trucker or baseball hat, up to four standard patches, one standard accessory, access to the full design bar and on-site customization. Your booking includes the complete mobile setup.
Can guests upgrade their hats?+
Yes. Premium patches, hat chains, specialty embellishments, Western hats, bags and other upgrades may be available.
Can you match our event theme?+
Yes. Bespoke Affair offers optional Theme Styling from $150 and Full Bespoke Styling from $250 for events that want the Hat Bar coordinated with their colors, aesthetic or overall theme. The Signature Bespoke Setup is included.
Do you offer Western hats?+
Yes. Felt and fashion Western hats are available as premium upgrades for select events, from $35.
Do you offer bags?+
Yes. Select customizable bags may be added alongside or instead of a standard hat at certain events, from $40. Bags are an optional upgrade, not a standard package inclusion.
Do you offer custom patches?+
Custom event, wedding and business patches may be available with advance notice.
Do you travel?+
Yes. We are based in Fort Collins and serve Loveland, Windsor, Timnath, Northern Colorado and the Denver metro area. Additional travel may be available by request.
How long does the experience take?+
Timing depends on your guest count and event format. We will plan the right amount of time together during booking.
Can businesses host a pop-up?+
Yes. Select approved public pop-ups have no host entertainment fee, and guests purchase directly from Bespoke Affair. Hosted corporate and client experiences start at $1,000.
